• Acuity Scheduling / Squarespace Scheduling — for appointment booking and calendar management
• Stripe — for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing

Each operates under its own privacy and security standards. We do not store payment card numbers — only the booking details needed to deliver your session.

Technical data (automatically collected)

• IP address — used for security logging and spam or abuse prevention only
• Browser type and device information — for site compatibility and performance
• Date, time, and pages visited — aggregated, never tied to individual identity
• Referring URLs — to understand how visitors discover our services

This site uses essential functional technology and privacy-friendly Umami analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, retargeting pixels, or sell browsing data.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or submitting a contact form, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all clients regardless of how services are accessed.

Services Provided

Services include but are not limited to:

• Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage by a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist
• Couples massage (back-to-back appointments)
• Reiki and complementary energetic wellness services

All massage services are provided by Sharee Seres, FL LMT #MA103835, strictly for therapeutic and relaxation purposes — not medical treatment or diagnosis.

Booking & Payment

How to book

Book at TLASchedule.as.me. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit or payment specified at checkout.

Pricing

Rates are displayed on our website and booking platform. The rate confirmed at booking applies. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

Payment methods

Major credit and debit cards accepted via Stripe. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — never stored on our systems.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client cancellations

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee up to the full session amount.

Same-day cancellations & no-shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Our cancellations

If we must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will notify you promptly and offer a full reschedule or refund.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information, appointment location, and access details at time of booking
• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior to your session
• Ensure a clean, safe, and reasonably private space is available for in-home appointments
• Be available and ready at the confirmed appointment time. Delays of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened session or cancellation at the full session rate
• Treat our practitioners with courtesy and professionalism at all times

Professional Standards & Scope of Practice

All sessions follow Florida licensing standards and AMTA ethical guidelines. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior outside the scope of professional therapeutic services.

We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately and charge the full fee for inappropriate or threatening behavior.

Service Area

Primary service area: Pensacola (32501–32508, 32514), Gulf Breeze (32561, 32563), Pensacola Beach (32561), Perdido Key (32507), Pace (32571), and Milton (32570). Contact us for locations outside this range.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

By booking, you acknowledge that services involve physical contact, confirm you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, and accept that participation is voluntary.

Intellectual Property

All content on thelightawakener.com is the property of The Light Awakener and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Escambia County, Florida courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
